We follow proven methodologies and processes used by professional business process outsourcing service providers. The entire process is divided into three buckets, namely Pre-onboarding, During On-boarding, and Ongoing.

Service delivery teams are structured for each functional process with their respective Delivery heads. Detailed SOPs for each process are drafted and finalized in discussions with Partner NPOs. These include roles and responsibilities, SLAs, and turnaround timelines.
We are conscious of the fact that we need to continuously demonstrate our impact and value addition to the partner NPOs. We do this by tracking changes in the Process Status card. This card is filled out at the time of needs assessment along with the partner NPO. The status of the process is ranked and shared with the partner NPO, indicating the initial position of the process before our takeover. This is periodically tracked to determine if we have been able to improve the process and make it more efficient and predictable.
The use of tech platforms for accounting, compliance, HR, and expense management is discussed with the Partner NPOs. We have preferred partnerships with platform providers in each of these domains; however, we are open to working with other platforms that the Partners are using.
