Shared Services (Finance, HR & Digital)

Seva Tarang Foundation is seeking experienced professionals across Accounting & Finance, HR Management, and Digital & Content functions.

Responsibilities
A. Accounting & Finance
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Maintain books of accounts — transactions, reconciliations, and ledgers
- Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports and financial summaries
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare financial statements — P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Ensure timely statutory filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, FCRA) and support annual audits
Donor & Grant Management:
- Prepare donor reports, utilization certificates, and fund-wise tracking
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis for project proposals
B. HR Management
HR Operations & Administration:
- Manage HR operations — employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
- Handle onboarding, documentation, exit processes, and statutory compliance
Policy & Process Development:
- Draft HR policies and build frameworks — appraisals, job descriptions, and org structures
- Standardize HR processes across client organizations
Talent & Capacity Building:
- Assist in recruitment — sourcing, screening, and interviews
- Support performance reviews, staff engagement, and basic HR training for NGO team
C. Digital Marketing
Content Creation & Strategy:
- Create and manage content calendars — posts, newsletters, blogs, and impact stories
- Develop donor-facing content covering mission, outcomes, and credibility
Social Media & Digital Presence:
- Manage client social accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X) — schedule, publish, and track engagement
- Share monthly performance reports with relevant insights
Campaigns & Donor Communication:
- Support fundraising campaigns and send donor newsletters and updates
- Maintain website content via CMS
Requirements
Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate / Diploma in a relevant field
Experience:
- 3–4+ years in your respective domain (NGO or social sector experience is a plus)

- Strong ownership and accountability | Ability to manage work across multiple organizations | Comfortable working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment

- Good written and oral communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
