Thousands of NGOs, non-profit organizations or social sector organizations operating in India are doing phenomenal work in all spheres to improve lives and livelihood of the underserved. Given the nature of the work that needs to be done at the grass root level, it is very obvious that the impact of their work is seen only in the long run (10-15 years on the least). The impact can be demonstrated only if they continue to operate consistently year after year and also sustain themselves by developing a stable financial muscle and organizational stability. While these organizations continue to strive to achieve their objectives, we see our role as enablers. Our goal is to build their capacity so that they become:

• More sustainable – ensure long term sustainability and growth.
• More credible – enjoy higher confidence of all the stakeholders – Regulators, Donors, Employees, Beneficiaries.
• More structured – financial discipline, good governance, operating processes, use of technology.
